Dresscode
As an employee at Give Steel, you represent the company in your daily work, whether you are in contact with customers, suppliers, guests, or working alongside your colleagues. We all contribute to a professional work environment with high standards, and it is therefore important that we also reflect professionalism in our attire.
The following dress code guidelines apply:
- Your clothing should be clean, neat, decent, and intact, and you are expected to arrive at work well-groomed.
- All safety clothing requirements must, of course, be followed.
- Clothing and footwear should be appropriate for your work situation.
Appropriate work attire in an office environment (for all genders):
- Employees are free to dress according to their personal style and identity, while respecting a professional environment.
- There are no gender-based expectations for attire.
- Please avoid the following: Sportswear, sweatpants, caps, swimwear, and flip-flops.
What happens if the dress code is not followed?
Management is responsible for respectfully addressing any inappropriate attire with the employee. It is the management’s duty to ensure that employees are informed about the company’s dress code guidelines so that their attire aligns with the work situation and upholds the company’s professional image.
