Hotel Bella Sky Comwell
Hotel Bella Sky Comwell i Ørestaden, København er med sine 15 graders hældning hele vejen op i 80 meters højde en kompleks og yderst krævende konstruktion. For at formindske montagetiden, præsamlede Give Steel store stålsektioner på jorden, hvorefter der på udsatte områder blev brugt professionelle klatrere til at montere stålet. Det gav mindre krantid og optimerede byggeprocessen!
Give Steel leverede 70 tons stål til byggeriet, herunder 25 tons gangbro i 23. sals højde. Gangbroen blev placeret på lejere, som tog højde for bevægelser i konstruktionerne. Arbejdet på Bella Sky byggede på en tæt dialog med bygherre, arkitekt og ingeniør omkring løsningen.
Da Give Steel kom ind tidligt i processen, kunne vi arbejde løsningsorienteret og optimalt i forhold til den meget stramme tidsplan.
Hotel Bella Sky Comwell
With a 15-degree incline all the way up to its roof 80 metres above the ground, Hotel Bella Sky Comwell in the Ørestaden area of Copenhagen was a complex and highly demanding task to construct. To reduce building time, Give Steel pre-assembled large steel sections on the ground and used professional climbers to fit the sections in inaccessible places. This reduced crane time and optimised the building process!
Give Steel supplied the project with 70 tons of steel, including a 25 ton catwalk on the 23rd floor. The catwalk was fitted on bearings which could counteract any movement in the structures. The work at Bella Sky was based on a close dialogue with the developer, architect and engineer about the solution. As Give Steel joined the project at an early stage of the process, we were able to work optimally in a solutions-oriented, following a very tight schedule.
