Hjertet in Ikast
Multihuset “Hjertet” i Ikast vokser som en udvidelse ud af den eksisterende Internationale Skole.
Bygningsmassen består af otte bygninger, der til sidst samles til én helhed, og den nye udfordrende arkitektur gør, at både stålmontage og dækmontage sker i tæt koordinering.
Hjertet består af hal-, multifunktions- og undervisningsfaciliteter samt socialøkonomiske arbejdspladser, blandt andet i form af café og kontorer.
Give Steel leverer 180 tons stålkonstruktioner til byggeriet. Arkitekterne bag er CF Møller og bygherre er Ikast-Brande Kommune.
Hjertet (“the Heart”) in Ikast
“Hjertet” is a multi-purpose building in Ikast that is an extension of the existing International School.
The building mass is comprised of eight buildings brought together as a unified whole, with a new and challenging architecture that requires the steel assembly and deck installation to be performed in close coordination.
Hjertet is comprised of a hall, multi-purpose and teaching facilities and socio-economic workplaces, including in the form of cafés and offices.
Give Steel is supplying 180 tons of steel structures to the construction. The architects behind the project are CF Mølller. Ikast-Brande Municipality is the awarding authority.
